Rancilio Silvia Pro X Black

I've been initially a bit hesitant ordering from here, as there are mixed reviews. However, I am satisfied with the order.
The order was very well packed in a double box on a pallet, so it arrived without any damages. The customer support was also very helpful along the process and Silvia itself is wonderful.
One huge drawback is Fedex shipping. That is by far the worst shipping company I've encountered. There's no way to talk to their customer service as the calls are answered by a robot and because of Fedex my package arrived one week late. Delivery taken 7 business days or 13 days in total with my package just laying at the terminal at the destination for 2 business days without being scheduled for delivery and no one could explain me why. So even though it arrived to the destination city on 23.12, I only received it one week later, 30.12. Next time I would gladly pay some reasonable extra, just for my order not to be delivered with Fedex.
