14 päivän palautusmenettelyjen käsittely

We understand that sometimes the purchased product may not meet your expectations or needs. Therefore, we offer our customers the option to return products within 14 days of delivery, in line with the provisions of the Consumer Code. To proceed with a return, please carefully follow the steps outlined below.

1. 14-Day Return: You can return the product for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided it has not been used, is in its original intact packaging, and includes all accessories. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Return Procedure: To initiate the return, you need to fill out the contact form below, including all the required details.
3. Returning the Product: After receiving return authorization, the product must be shipped within eight days. Shipping can be arranged independently or through our discounted ticket services: Easy Return at 49€ for products up to 600€ and Premium Return at 59€ for products over 600€.
